Therefore, before ending the trip, a visit to North Cape, which is nearby Narvik Resort, is included. Since the site does not require an entire day, you accomodation at night will still be in the resort. Nevertheless, your day will be spend a bit far away.

The tourist bus will pick you up from the station at 2:00 PM, and you will be reaching North Cape at around 3:20 PM. We planed the visit at these hours to give you the chance of seeing the sunset in this famous site, and perhaps, if you come in the right period, to see the polar lights. Night comes to Norway very soon, so sunset is usually betwen 4:00 and 7:00 PM. North Cape is the northermost point in Europe, and the view of the sunset from its cliff is very famous and beautiful. When you stand at North Cape, nothing else apart from the Svalbard Islands separates you from the North Pole.
